Questions.

Can I swap in myself, two people, or an animal?

Yes. Describe a person, an AI character or a pet, or start from a clear photo, and you approve the face and the outfit before they join your cast. Templates marked Solo or duo, and any clip of your own, take one or two characters in the same scene.

Can I use the videos commercially?

Yes, on paid plans you own your renders and can post, monetize and run them as ads, as long as your source content and cast are yours to use.

Is there a free video?

No. Every video runs on a paid AI model, so you pick a monthly plan or a one-time pack before your first render. Every video you pay for downloads without the watermark, and a render that fails gives its credits back.

Can I upload my own video or paste a link?

Yes. Every reel in Rush is video-to-video: pick a template, paste a link from X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Facebook, or upload your own video and trim the exact moment you want to remix.

How long does it take?

A few minutes, longer for a longer clip or a higher resolution. Keep the page open and your video plays as soon as it's ready; if you leave, it waits for you in My reels.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans renew monthly and you can cancel in two clicks from My reels → Manage billing. Credits you haven't used stay yours.

How do credits work?

Credits are spent per second of video, at the rate of the resolution you pick: 480p, HD 720p, or Full HD 1080p on Pro. The table above lists the rates, you see the exact cost before you render, and a render that fails gives its credits back.

What if the video comes out wrong?

AI video isn't perfect every time. If a video fails, its credits come back automatically. If it looks broken, email us and we'll refund them.

What happens to my photos and videos?

Your photos and the characters you build stay in your cast, private to your account, so you can reuse them in one tap. We never sell them or use them to train models.

The cast is ready for its next shot. So is yours.
