Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Rush (https://rushcast.app), operated by Rush ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Rush turns images you upload into short AI-generated videos. Every video uses credits from a paid plan or pack; there is no free video. Videos come in HD and download without the watermark.

What you upload

  • You must own, or have the rights to use, everything you upload.
  • Do not upload images of real people without their consent, or content you lack the rights to.
  • Do not use the service to make content that is illegal, deceptive about who a real person is, or harmful to others.

Your videos

You are responsible for how you use the videos we generate for you, including where you post them. Videos are AI-generated and can be imperfect: faces, hands, text and motion may look wrong. We don't guarantee that any result suits a particular purpose.

Plans, credits and billing

  • Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • One credit renders one second of 720p video; 1080p uses 1.5 credits per second. The cost of each video is shown before you make it, and credits for a failed render are returned.
  • Each monthly renewal adds that plan's credits to your balance. Unused credits stay available while your account is open.
  • Packs are paid once and don't expire.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay.
  • Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break the law or these terms, or that abuse the service.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Courts of France have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
