Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Rush ("we", "us") collects when you use Rush, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Email address, when you give it to us at checkout or to sign in.
• Images you upload and the videos we generate from them.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number; we only receive the payment status, amount and a customer reference.
• Basic analytics and cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in to your account, and the Meta Pixel, which we use to measure our advertising.

Why we use it

To make your videos, run your account and credits, take payments, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and measure whether our ads work.

Who processes it

• Stripe, for payments.
• fal.ai, which runs the video model that makes your videos, and image models for characters.
• Google (Gemini API), for character images and for planning each video from your clip.
• Google Cloud, which hosts the site and stores your files.
• Resend, which sends sign-in emails.
• Meta, for advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel.

How long we keep it

Your uploads, characters and videos are kept while your account exists. You can delete a video from My reels at any time, or ask us to delete everything. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your data

We don't sell your data, and we don't use your uploads to train AI models. You can ask to access or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@rushcast.app. You can also block the Meta Pixel with your browser settings or an ad blocker.
